# How To Make It:

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, cornstarch, beef broth, sesame oil, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced beef in a single layer and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover, and steam for another 2 minutes until broccoli is bright green and just tender.
- Push broccoli to the side. Add garlic and ginger to the center of the pan; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the pan. Give the sauce a quick stir, then pour it over the beef and broccoli. Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and beef is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
