01 - Add vanilla ice cream, whole milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring to blender canister.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-60 seconds. Add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time if thinner consistency desired.
03 - Taste test and adjust peppermint extract by 1/8 teaspoon increments or add additional food coloring as needed for desired intensity.
04 - Divide evenly between two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles if using. Serve immediately while cold.
