01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the sauce. Top with chopped beef pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder.
05 - Starting from a long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
06 - Slice the log into 16 equal pieces and arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
08 - Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
