Greek Yogurt Parfait (Printable Version)

Creamy Greek yogurt layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola, finished with honey and optional nuts.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruit

02 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

→ Sweeteners

03 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

→ Grains

04 - 1 cup granola

→ Extras

05 - 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
06 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
07 - Zest of 1 lemon

# How To Make It:

01 - Wash and gently pat dry all berries. Slice strawberries if using whole berries.
02 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each of four clear glasses or jars.
03 - Drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Place a handful of mixed berries on top of the sweetened yogurt in each glass.
05 - Add 2-3 tablespoons of granola over the berry layer in each glass.
06 - Continue layering yogurt, sweetener, berries, and granola until each glass is filled to the top.
07 - Finish each parfait with a final sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and lemon zest if desired.
08 - Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes for a softer, melded texture.
